Cellphones. It is widely interpreted as a hint that Q & Co intercepted a shipment of secure phones that the bad guys were planning on using to communicate with each other and presumably compromised them. If Q wants us to know it and Them to know it then the operation was likely fruitful.

The boxes look about the right size to be laptops.

Either way, I don't see the spoopyness relating to AMD and this end of technology exchange. There are only two PC CPU makers; and the other one doesn't even keep it a secret that they build backdoors in their chips (see "Intel Management Engine").
