Looks like a gold grab by Deutsche Bank of Venezuela's gold. They had no chance of ever getting it back to begin with. Chavez had the gold repatriated, then died soon after of quick onset cancer. Maduro lent the gold back out to the banksters at the reknownly corrupt DB. I'd be surprised if the gold hasn't already been sold or is sold in the very near future. DB has admitted to rigging the precious metals market in the past.
