Does Trump's bloodline give him a claim to the throne through Scotland or of Scotland itself?

Kind of a radical thought, but is there was a way to bring the UK or transfer some of the UK's territories, i.e. offshore tax havens, then ALL of that money would be "in the US" and have nowhere else to run…
