You have to be living in the city. People do not get ready for civil war in the city. They leave for the country side, and practice with big targets on hunting land. It is (was) quite noisy, no matter where you drove, at certain times of day. If you stopped even at your average farm auction or garage sale, there would be men, looking for guns, and talking about how DC was out of control, along with a host of other out of control things that were irritating to people... even those who came in from the cities on weekends. The Transvestite bathroom law? I did not know it passed, until I had to go find up what cranked up the gun sounds all of a sudden.
You would be foolish to assume people are going to sit by and watch their children continue to be abducted illegally by a corrupt child protective service in every county, then selling their kids to prostitution, pedophile homes, or worse, the making of snuff films for the dark net.
It would only take a segment of the population to cause some pretty big trouble for DC, which is like a microdot compared to the state populations.
The entire revolutionary war was won with 12% of the colonial population. The people who would sit it out would be no more a threat than the furniture of the homes they live in.
I would prefer the plan.

They are being peaceful for now, but I would suggest that we have the courts unloaded of the corrupt Marxist judges, and get some criminals in this deep state put in prison. Doing this under the radar will not help.
