Been watching this movement for over a year now. I would have thought Gov Brown would have been arrested by now so New Calif didn't have to happen.
I don't see where the paper is signed yet. If they can't get rid of Gov Brown then I don't blame them for leaving Calif. and becoming their own state. I have been watching them for over a year planning to leave.
He looks just like Merkel here
