What happens if is the Jews pretty much totally at the top using dumb ass Goyim Royalty as puppets?

What happens if we just take out the most evil? Wont that leave all the rest to sit around talking stories about how the chosen people almost had the whole planet for themselves. Wouldnt they dream and plan and plot to do it all again? I mean look how close they got this time?
