What the hell happened at the Sunspot Solar Observatory?

Has anyone found any follow-up? I've been looking but seemingly nothing official has come out in the past 6 months. For those who don't know, last year an observatory in New Mexico was raided over a claimed child pornography incident:

The whole ordeal was very bizarre - the entire facility was shut down, the area around it was evacuated (including a post office) for 11 days, helicopters were reportedly involved in the raid, and the official response had a very strong scent of bullshit about it. Has anyone heard anything new? Any first-hand accounts? I can't shake this one…
