Possibly. Looking at their wikis; Gillibrand is 52 with a husband who she married in 2001. The husband had 2 kids from a previous marriage, Gillibrand has none of her own(?). Mack is 36, born in Germany and the google image results of her parents don't look like her as much as Gillibrands do. So Gillibrand would had to of been 16 years old in Germany giving birth to Mack if that was the case. But this is all wild conjecture.
