I have not baked so this might be off base. I was wondering if you could write some sub-routines for the more bother some tasks. Then if it is notable hit Q-1, q-2 etc… I do not know if this would make baking easier. I did listen to someone explain that he had next bread ready and going in a separate folder or file so it doesn't show on catalog and then can quickly move when needed and cuts down on early posters. Sounds to me you need to hire a good UX programer and make the baking experience more enjoyable! I am bias have two sons who program for a living one is Engineer programer and one is UX
