I watched the D-Day at Normandy ceremonies on Fox early this morning. About 5:32 EST [which may have been 10:58 am at locale in France] I glimpsed Vincent Fusca walking from an aisle up to red carpet center aisle. The camera switched to an elderly WWII veteran for a minute, then back where I saw Fusca from the side. The dark hat he usually dons was adorned with a red band. Fusca was also carrying a large RED backpack. No other attendees were wearing backpacks. [IIRC backpacks aren’t allowed at events with presidents, for obvious security reasons.]
Fusca appeared to make a point of turning to give “full face” glance at camera, just to make sure he was seen.
