Trump puts pressure on Mexico to stop caravans of illegals via tariffs

Demands THEY build a wall on the border w US.

This forces Mexico to pay.

Trump can make any demand on wall specs and not need approval from useless US congress.

He can even demand they work w Army Corps of engineers for the build.

He is free of oversight on tariffs…
