It took about 20 minutes to finally corral her at an intersection near the police station, cops said.
“Blair forced the officers to carry her from the vehicle, as she refused to stand or walk on her own,” Smith said. “They described her physical demeanor as basically, she made her body limp – passive resistance.”
Blair is now facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon, evading a peace officer, reckless driving, child endangerment and resisting arrest. A motive behind the incident is unclear.
“I can only describe her behavior from listening to all the officers and her statements given to investigators as very bizarre,” Smith said. “We can’t explain what her intent was.”
“Taking the summer OFF to spend time with my family,” Blair wrote on May 25. “We’re going to watch horned-toads race, and IDGAF how totally redneck that sounds. I’m an American – so I get to enjoy TF outta being a mix of everything – and so do my kids. Hope to see y’all around the Valley this summer.
