It all depends on the situation, but there certainly has been a path paved for the AG/Feds to coordinate with UCMJ. We've discussed this several times here:

https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2018-amendments-manual-courts-martial-united-states/

Basically, anything Huber, Horowitz, or Barr want to hand over to UCMJ, and collaborate with how to process it, it can be done now. Civilian or Military. Best part is, if the Civilians that are suspect can be found as aiding terrorists (enemies of the state in war), then they get the UCMJ; even as civilians.

It's one of the main reasons that the shills are scared shitless

Gotcha. Well, still. AG can work with the US Mil courts in a more "direct" manner than before; even in an advisory role:

ec. 12. In accordance with Article 33 of the UCMJ, as amended by section 5204 of the MJA, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, will issue nonbinding guidance regarding factors that commanders, convening authorities, staff judge advocates, and judge advocates should take into account when exercising their duties with respect to the disposition of charges and specifications in the interest of justice and discipline under Articles 30 and 34 of the UCMJ. That guidance will take into account, with appropriate consideration of military requirements, the principles contained in official guidance of the Attorney General to attorneys for the Federal Government with respect to the disposition of Federal criminal cases in accordance with the principle of fair and evenhanded administration of Federal criminal law.

Poor Scott. He's either a lost fishy in the sea of disinfo and persuasion, or he really is. The silence from Q is way more deafening to the cabal than it is to anons.
