So "these people [were] stupid" because (among other reasons I'm sure) they decided to continuously renew illegally initiated FISA warrants against a sitting President for the express purposes of attempting to find information to use in order to remove that President from office for no reason other than they don't want him there (as far as the public is concerned at this point, but anons know). Now I suppose the question is what DS/coup-related crimes did Hussein secretly pardon before leaving office, and which ones did they not think about or anticipate having to pardon?

I don't really know the usual turnaround time on FISA warrants, but yes I suppose starting the 'Q' event after legal FISAs against the DS were procured would make the most sense.
