I was thinking the same thing. I can't wait to see what evidence is uncovered.

 

Can a kind lawfag tell me if there is a difference between what is available for public record during and after the fact in civil cases versus criminal cases? I assume if it's settled out of court, then some type of hush agreement will be part of it. But if it goes through the full trial, how much evidence would be available to the public in real time during the case and after?
