Hey anons, I have a local friend who's retired Intel. We've talked about Q, and when I mentioned the ICBM threat in Hawaii as a means to access black hat systems, he said "Yeah, go check out National Reconnaissance Office. It's them." Here's the basic info I've found so far. They control many of the intel satellites. Looks like they've got big slush fund and are operating without much oversight. Not sure if any anons have dug into this yet. I guess we'll see if the shills go nuts or not.
