Bart Giamatti was actually investigating the gambling UMPIRES first; Rose was included. Then BG died; Garcia was given "probation" yet would subsequently STILL meet bookies in ballparks' parking lots after games.
Look how that crooked PoS Vincent covered for Gamblin' Lenny Dykstra when HE was busted in '93. Lenny's team owner was a Former Commissioner's son (Giles).
