He goes on national TV and tells an interviewer that Putin should have the fear of God put into him and a few days later his driver drives his car/has his car driven (vault 7 style) into oncoming traffic in a perfect line of sight to a traffic cam. It's hard not to give the benefit of the doubt to anyone going against the cia for whatever reason…btw Mike Morrel is on the board of some NGO with Karl Rove.
