In Massachusetts they are now pushing hard for segregation in public schools where 50%+ of the children (their number) are not white, 80% of the teachers are, and because the teachers and the environment (their term) is too white this is negatively impacting (their phrase) black, asian and latinos. "People of color" is one of their favorite terms and they mean non-whites. In order to improve they must be taught by their own people.
