Strategically, this is a win. A huge one.

Conservatives are finished in an election held today.

More will move to the Brexit Party to stop a Corbyn government.

Labour will feel emboldened to go for a general election, even if they lose, because they know the conservative party is on life support. It's a win win for them.

DECLAS causes a general election, remain vote is split, you get Nigel Farage as PM. This is strategically an advantage to Labour long term.
