I don't believe there have been confirmed cases of Ebola. Websites are jumping to that conclusion from the fact those three people come from the Congo where there is an outbreak.

You can bet if Ebola or a similar disease shows up among the invaders, that will be all POTUS needs to declare a public health emergency at the border and shut it all down.
