I think this may point to election manipulation in UK/EU? It may be that POTUS has arranged for UK to lead the take down of George Soros for election manipulations.

Consider that:

a) Q#330 says "We have a special place picked out for GS.George Soros",

b) POTUS signed "special place" in the visitors book at Westminster Abbey during UK visit,

c) POTUS said "special place" in at least one of his press conferences during UK visit!
