The decision seems to have been so wrongly applied is what is most bothersome. When what is 'immoral' becomes 'legal' or vice versa, there can never be a consensus. The only thing that comes to my mind is 'that thou doest, doest quickly' because it is still wrong to do while respecting a woman's privacy the longer the fetus lives.

Perhaps the biggest botch was trying to sue on a State's Rights issue at the national level, which isn't Congress' fault, even though I totally agree that Congress "is such a major failure it is sad."
