POTUS should expect then to throw more money at NASA. But before giving NASA any more money, make sure all the environmental nutcases, sycophants and Obama appointees at the top are cleaned out.
It's going to be a long process but NASA needs a house cleaning. And get rid of those departments that were set up to be focused on Diversity (aka Lets Divide Everyone) and Muslim Outreach during Obama years.
