Anyone of the citizens investigators who worked form months in the SR investigation will tell you that there’s a very big possibility that SR is alive. There’s simply no recorded trace of him after he was shot. Seth was Jewish and had trained with the Israeli army, visiting Israel for week long stays a number of times while at school. There’s a possibility that he was working for Israel and was extracted to Israel after doing his ‘work’.
‘Likely’ is pushing it I’d say but there’s a strong possibility. His parents didn’t look sad, his brother was stifling laughter on camera and his gf was shifty, all of which add to the theory.

One theory on Seth was that the Israelis had planted him in the DNC to gather the dirt on Killary and Co. Israel’s business in traficking snd organs had allegedly been suffering as a result of the cabal taking over most of it and they wanted them out and their share of business back. By SR leaking the DNC emails and the voter fraud, they thought they could do that. When Seth was shot, the Mossad swept in and extricated him, leaving it all to look like he’d been murdered, with the blood on the hands of the DNC, furthering their cause against Hliiary and Co.
