I really would not worry, which is probably (((their))) goal. Especially if you use a VPN, which we should all be doing anyway. But if you prefer to have something to do from your end, you could install a program like CCleaner and run it every day to delete browser cache and temp files.

Definitely. I imagine many people will go back to buying items from small businesses who specialize in making only a handful of expertly crafted items, instead of buying everything on Amazon or a big box store. It will cost more but last 10x longer. This would also make it possible for people who specialize in creating something as their personal hobby to make a living at it, even if they only create a sell a dozen per month.

There was an interesting documentary series about people hand-making high-quality items from their own garage, backyard, or forge. Can't remember the name, if anyone else does. One of the episodes was about a young man who made custom knives that sold for high dollar and he had something like a 6-month waiting list of customers.
