Q's last Drop Contains A Sword
In drop #3349 Q changed the underline of "WHO" from the original "WHO" in drop #3127.
Can you see the SWORD?

First "WHO" has 15 dashed
Second "WHO" has 17 dashes and looks like a sword.
Why did Q change the underline?
Did you even look at the graphic?
I have the original compared to Q lat drop.
They are totally different.
