Bad Design IMHO. if it breaches, Yuba City/Marysville area and points south are in trouble for sure. I enjoyed fishing for small and large mouth bass there. over 900 miles of shore line, its easy to haul in 150-200 bass in a day trolling 20 feet from shore.
