This appears to be from the interview of Cheryl Mills. The agent notes that per State Department, the responsibility to provide the emails and to sort them was specifically on HRC and Cheryl Mills.

However

Didn't Hillary swear, under oath, before congress, "The State Department people sorted her email for her and provided to Congress all that they could find"?

This would seem to be an inconsistency. I'm headed to look for video of her testimony to back up my memory.
