Chances are really good that it no longer exists. The bad guys know it could be logged, too, if it was ever connected to the net. Remember, the data was on the drive locally - no need to connect it to the net to clean it out.

So, don't connect it to the net, put it in a Faraday cage (no wifi that way) and suck all of the data out of it at one shot with a transfer. Then destroy it completely.

That could be an older model, or a smaller version without the 2nd after deck protruding out. Hard to judge but the distance from the person to the yacht looks to be less than 1/4 mile. Based on that, and extrapolating the size of the people who would be standing on the fantail (figure you could see roughly one half of the person's body above the rail), I am working on an assumption that the yacht is less than 40m in length (and more probably 30m).

Don't disagree, but the yacht in that photo isn't the biggest yacht - it's not even close.

I'm on one yacht rental broker sight now, 20 pages deep in the motor yachts and I'm STILL looking at boats over 120 feet long…and that boat in the pic ain't 120 ft. long….

I'm used to feet also, but when the yachting world likes metric I'll play along and use their terms.

Diggin' now, and FWIW I agree including 85-footers. I've actually been thinking even 65-footers, but honestly that seems too much of a stretch. You know these assholes all wanna bang girls on the boat, and I've been on 65-footers. Not enough room with 5 male guests plus crew, unless you want people doing the horizontal bop both stem and stern.

Crew would be saying, "I ain't cleanin' up that crap, Willie, go get your own sani-wipes."
