Here in the US the poor take advantage of the welfare system, and most live in a type of bartering with the wealthy.

Most in these parts will sale thier Food stamp 50 cents on the dollar for cash. Some people who are on SSI at 750.00 and or GA, having claimed a mental disorder and have never held a job for more then a week having children, will live at one address and have a mailing address else where, this is generations of people. It adds up to a fare amount when all parties in one household do this then eat at the local soup kitchen. The poor in this country have cars, unless your honest and all your money goes to monthly expenses, such as food, water, clothing, electricity, gas and rent. Some also have jobs working under the table. Some feel its thier right for the government to support them. The call it a paycheck. The programs out there are taken advantage of, how can you blame them?

The cost of living in this country is outrageous. Granted, a tattoo isn't a necessities, but some people think so, thier is also drugs and alcohol and tobbaco.

It makes sense, if it is high ranking goverment official's that are taking money from child traffickers, the judge keeping a tight lid on the information doesn't want it to go public, they protect thier own.
