This lawsuit decision is the tipping point of our country. People are tired of these colleges running training programs for domestic terrorists. Oberlin College tried to ruin this fifth-generational bakery. Owners had called the cops on three students trying to steal from the bakery. Of course, they accused the bakery of being racist.

The school, fell lock step with the students and canceled their cafeteria bakery orders. The owners had to lay off 12 employees and had stopped paying themselves. This jury spoke volumes and they still have to decide punitives. Punitives are basically in laymen terms a monetary amount to “teach the guility party a lesson”. It is to deter negative behavior. Often times, the Defendant’s insurance will not cover punitives.
