Any future politician who FAILS to use common-sense negotiating tools such as economic threats and incentives will be seen as weak and powerless.
Previous administrations – for decades – would try bribing foreign countries with "foreign aid" to get what they wanted. It didn't work – the foreign aid was recycled into the back pockets of the self-same politicians and the foreign governments did whatever they wanted, knowing the corrupt handouts would continue.
It's adaptive depending on bread speed and server load, and can be tweaked by 8ch management (CM) as needed to maintain performance.
Not all digs lead somewhere, but all digs made in sincerity are valued and worthwhile. Every dig is a speculation at first, until it hits pay dirt.
