The "reporter" may have been tied up in the Meuller Investigation or any other of the (((obstructionist's))) games… we cannot forget… These (((people))) are stupid and have been led into traps time and time again.. any one of the number of snares left could have had the evidence submitted. Which one? No clue.
Could even be investigation into HRC/CF/Pay-to-play… the list of possibilities for how the evidence would be submitted is countless. I would hypothesize there were connecting investigations that the tarmac tapes could have been submitted over multiple cases.
