For what it's worth, a new Sorcha Faal report says that Trump is preparing to declare that California is in “ a state of rebellion” which then gives Trump unlimited power under the United States Constitution’s “Guarantee Clause” to extinguish California’s current government and establish a new one.

The article explains that POTUS can act freely because their is no right to judicial (court) involvement in the process under the Guarantee Clause. He can just kick ass and take names and install the new government in the State. This would be most welcome, and also stir up a storm worthy of a tweet to fellow Americans.
