I went through a few years of being on various med for depression… I rarely raise my voice, but some of these meds made me feel a rage I had never felt and gave me a feeling like I just wanted to hit something (totally not like me)
Now I know they put me on depression meds at a time in my life where several big things had happened and it was perfectly normal for me to be feeling depressed… but depression is a normal emotion that passes as one comes to terms with what ever has happened in their life
