“TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Tallahassee Police Chief Michael DeLeo has announced that he is resigning.
TPD spokesman Damon Miller confirmed that the chief submitted a letter of resignation on Wednesday.
He confirmed that the resignation is effective July 5.
His resignation follows a string of gun violence in Tallahassee.

I think he was a DS Chief. Tied the hands of officers essentially enabling the criminals. I know some people who live there, going off of my conversations with them.
