New people are fairly easy to spot and kindness sent their way should be to guide them. But no one should be here if they need their ego stroked or they need their hand held. Thick skinned battle ready anons produce the best.

Q research operates under different rules based on researching, saucing, sharing info, and producing creative graphics to share on other platforms. ALL DONE WITHOUT EGO getting in the way.
You want people to be welcomed. They are. But no one is going to hold a parade for them. If they come full of questions, they need to get a cup of coffee and take time to read through the Q posts first. Lazy cliff noting Q will only lead to concern fagging.
