Need help with helping a friend phaseshift polarity in order to project along the v axis.

We have the speaker frequency set at 476Hz and the zero-point device aligned to the 4th dimension. But the vortex will not form.

We've tried adjusting frequency. We've tried re-aligning the zero-point device.

We have even tried rebooting into safe-mode. But nothing seems to do the trick.

All we've managed to do was create a foul smell in his garage.

Any ideas?
