No. An adult having sex with a kid, even a 16 y/o girl, is a crime (excluding the exception for an 18/19 y/o boy, who is usually barely able to be called an adult himself). They're protected BECAUSE they're kids.
They aren't given any of the serious responsibilities of adulthood because they're kids. They're made to go to school because they're kids.
But get pregnant, AS A KID, and all of a sudden…
"If you're responsible enough to get pregnant, you're responsible enough to get an abortion"
