There is no "right" to abortion in the constitution.

There is, however, an actual, for real, 2nd Amendment. This real, enumerated right, that "shall not be infringed" denies the right to purchase based on age. I have an inkling that this Demborat shilling point does something funky with the data. IIRC something like "illegals are considered illegals for X years after which we assume any remaining in this country after X years has taken steps to become legal. There's no way to find out anyway, as the annual illegal count is an estimate.
Oh yeah, and if an Illegal takes citizen exam they roll an illegal off the rolls for that year. So the likelihood of double count is high.
