So who receives the money? Is it the property owners who paid for it in the first place? So I will have property tax credit for next 10-20 years? Yeah right…

This is an example of how the govt steals from the taxpayers. The local govt. is financially hurting. So they sell off another asset to run the govt for the next few years. What happens when there are no more assets?
