Anons,
One of your main missions is to avoid giving ( yous ) to shills. It is up to you to determine who is
and who is not a shill. I have my own guidelines, which I will post below; however,
this does not in any way encumber you with the requirement to follow them. In fact, I rarely
filter anyone, unless they do multiple posts that force me to scrollscrollscroll endlessly to get past their horrible formatting.
-
Most shills do not post on topic. If a post does not relate to anything that has come before
and it seems like bullshit. It is probably a shill. Do not give it a ( you ). The corollary to this is
someone who posts an apparently genuine inquiry. These you may answer at your discretion;
but be aware you may be feeding a ( you ) to a shill.
-
Look at the number of posts an anon has made. If the number is greater than 10% of the
entire bread to that point, then it is probably a shill. If it is a single digit, then it is likely not a shill
depending on how many total posts there are in the bread to that point.
-
Look for repetition in posts, unoriginal content, or merely agreeing with another poster.
Most shills have no imagination, so they repeat, copy, or just say, "yeah, that." If you see
someone who follows this or similar patterns, do not grace them with a ( you ).
-
Completely off topic. This applies to the reptillards, the flat earthers, and many other
similar shills. You are allowed to give these probable shills ONE ( you ) to ask if there is a
Q post that relates. Any answer that is not a quoted and applicable Q post means you have
given up an unwarranted ( you ).
-
Advice fags… similar to THIS post. Perhaps I am a shill. I am posting something
that doesn't directly relate. You might want to consider answering this post instead of just
reading it and taking from it what might improve your contribution to this bread.
-
Facecuck type posts. If someone posts something that probably would look better on a
social media platform, that anon may not be a shill, but he still does not deserve a ( you ).
In short, respond only when the original post is responsible, and your response ADDS
something to the conversation. This public service announcement has been brought to you
by the letter Q, and our sponsors.
I hope I got the formatting right. Any errors have my prior apologies.
