legal fiction corp = person is a rational structure for many reasons
BUT all congress has to do is enact a law placing personal liability of corp wrongdoers
as is now it is very difficult to bring such a case
as with many issues common sense and effective solutions are everywhere but ignored by DS and corrupt pols
