when a job can be done by cheap labor it will be

most illegals work on a cash basis and are 'good employees' because they don't want to be reported / deported

 

a job americans won't do for the wage offered

 

unions have their good side and their bad side

labor needs some form of representation with management in large companies and unions are the most common
