Evil does not hold dominance over good. One evil spell can be cancelled, neutralized with one good prayer. The more righteous prayers, the easier evil can be defeated.

It seems this is a much bigger criminal element than a local thug. FBI and US Marshals involved before local police. May have been interstate drug smuggling, child trafficking, etc. It appears to be a federal crime was committed and the feds were on the chase. Local police involved for crowd control. Could've started somewhere else and came to a head in Memphis.
