Yeah but I think Trump would need to drop all the incriminating evidence at the same time as any prior pardon reveal.

Otherwise they will claim it was just Obama's intent to preempt malicious prosecution when Trump took over.

They will say that, but harder to claim innocence when all the evidence gets dropped.
