G'morning, b2k, gyb just dropped in. here earlier then moar sleep and back. If I've got this right, there have been just 4 regular bakers in action over past day or two (plus anime baker and a mystery baker for previous bread who did ebake before ghosting). I started the notes pb but anon note-takers finished them (I guess mystery baker helped a little with formatting, kek). But for new note-takers, THEY DID A GREAT JOB!! Collaborative note-taking very successful for late night breads.

Morning WnB. Still no regular nite-time bakers on the scene except me (after you/b2k, RGB covers afternoons/early eves, then me, then ghost.) Anon note-takers have helped a lot, see above. Have noticed in the past that, when someone generates notes, bakers often seem to appear at just the right time to bake the breads. Happened to me every time as graveyard note-taker (b4 I learned to bake).
Maybe not a system but something to get us a little further down the road. Best thing is anons seeing the difference they can make even wo/baking.
In the long run, 4 bakers (plus "surprise" bakers) is a real skeleton crew. Moar help needed for all shifts. I know there are anons who feel called to bake, will continue to encourage and support them as much as possible. Also, to put out the call to former bakers to pitch in.

Well, a lot of people want to sleep at night! But night owl note-takers and those from other times zones make a big difference. It's not just about the note-taking, it's about watching over the bread, calling out shills, just being alert and present.
Graveyard in US is when all the international stuff happens, as you point out. Great time for notables. While I cannot bake then now–too hard physically, espec with baker shortage–when I did, the notes could be amazing. That was not bc of baker, that was bc anons motivated to digg when someone is in the kitchen. Graveyard does not have to be all shitposting and shills (although a little shitposting is noice after a long day of digging or workfagging, kek).
Hope it becomes possible for moar bakers from across both "ponds" to participate here (safely/legally), we in the US pray for your freedom every day, wwg1wga brothers and sisters.

You're onto something there. It's one reason shills can shill–because they cynically think that everyone is either a fool or a shill. Since that's not true, their work on this board is quite hazardous, really, bc it can make them start to doubt those assumptions. Watch out shills, you may find your inner patriot if you hang around too long.
