I agree. POTUS is 100% insulated (plausible deniability). Whatever is happening behind the scenes, is a straight up military operation. Have several parts working at once. Everyone is trying to come up with their own solutions as to what is happening but, they get it all wrong. It's because they cannot think in terms of military strategy. Kick back and enjoy the show was good advice no one seems to be taking.
