Easiest way to trigger cognitive dissonance among NPCs currently is to ask their views on vaccine enforcement, then show them info about illegals' vaccination statuses.
Antivax actually has an odd alliance of crunchy liberal hippies ("libertarian left" perhaps) and conservatives. NPC liberals (or "neoliberals") are hardcore pro-vax.
What I'm wondering about is: How will the white hats counteract this? If damning video evidence drops of cabal members involved in heinous shit, how will the public be convinced they're real if the cabal gets out in front of them?
You may be right, but Q posts have frequently suggested that public opinion matters for the purpose of reducing potential for unrest, protests,etc.
